Next Review Button
Document reviews used to end with a hunt. You submit one review, land back on a list sorted newest first, and have to find the oldest pending item before you can start the next one. With twenty reviews in a queue, most of your time goes to finding the work, not doing it. The Next Review button fixes that: submit a review and go straight to the next one, no searching required.
How it works
Open a pending document review and you will see one button in the header: Submit Review. Once you submit, the Next Review button appears and takes you straight to the oldest pending review in the project.
The pending queue is now sorted oldest to newest, so the review at the top of the list is always the one that has waited longest. Reviewed documents move below the pending list, sorted newest to oldest, so your most recent work stays easy to find.
The button ignores your filters and sort order. It survives a hard refresh, and if a new review lands in the project while you are working, the queue picks it up right away. When nothing is left pending, the button stays visible but dimmed and unclickable, so you know at a glance the queue is clear.

Where this is useful
Freight and logistics operations A dispatch team working through rate confirmations and PODs at the end of a shift does not have time to re-sort a list twenty times. The Next Review button keeps them moving from one load manifest to the next without breaking stride, so a full queue of carrier invoices gets cleared in one sitting instead of stretching across shifts.
Customs brokers Reviewing entry summaries and commercial invoices requires full attention on each document, not on the list around it. When a batch of ISF filings comes in ahead of a shipment deadline, the Next Review button keeps the broker moving through declared value sheets and HS code tables in the order they arrived, so nothing older gets missed while newer documents get reviewed first.
Lending and mortgage A loan processor working through a stack of income verification sheets and closing cost disclosures needs to review them in the order they came in, since older applications are often closer to a deadline. The Next Review button keeps the queue moving in that order automatically, so no pay stub or appraisal report sits untouched while newer submissions get attention first.
Manufacturing and procurement A procurement team clearing a batch of supplier price lists and GRNs after a busy receiving day can move from one purchase order to the next without stopping to resort the list. This keeps the oldest packing slips from sitting untouched at the bottom of a newest-first queue while the team works through more recent submissions.
