Data Review is the half of Review Platform built for information that never came from a scanned file: form submissions, system records, anything already structured before it reached your workflow. Instead of the document-and-highlights layout built for an invoice, you get a clean key-value screen: check a value, fix it if it's wrong, move on.

Approvals lets you stop a workflow at any point until a specific person signs off, rejects it, or picks another status you define. A comment thread and file attachment live right inside the step, so the decision and the reasoning behind it stay in one place instead of scattered across email or chat.

Gemini is the AI step in Docxster's Google integrations. You call it from inside a workflow, so you never leave the workflow to get a model in the loop. You choose the model version for each step instead of being tied to one.

Sheets is the workflow builder integration for structured data. It works with rows and cells, not whole files. Your workflow can read from a spreadsheet, write back to it, and search it, the way a database integration would. If a spreadsheet is already the system of record for a process, Sheets lets your workflow treat it like one.

Contacts is a workflow builder integration that keeps one contact record current. You can search for a contact, add a new one, or update an existing one as a step in your workflow. If you keep a separate address book that drifts out of sync, this replaces it.

A workflow can pull text out of a document, add to one, or build a new one from a template, so that copying step goes away.
