Docxster's Review Platform has handled PDFs and scanned documents since June. Now it handles spreadsheets too.

When you upload a spreadsheet to Review Platform, it opens as a clean, editable grid, filtered down to only the columns your workflow actually needs. Check a value, fix a cell, approve the sheet. Done. The data moves forward only after a human has signed off.

Unlike document review, where Docxster's AI extracts data from a scan and a human confirms it, spreadsheet data never passes through an AI model at all. The file is already structured. You review it directly.

How it works

Upload one or more spreadsheets and map them to a Document Type and Table. Each sheet opens as its own grid. Real-world spreadsheet headers are messy: "Qty" instead of "Quantity," "HS Code" instead of what your schema calls it, or a stray title row sitting above the actual header. Spreadsheet Review auto-detects the real header row and matches columns to your schema. If it gets one wrong, override it manually.

Edit what needs fixing. Approve or reject each sheet independently. One bad sheet doesn't hold up the rest of the batch. Hit submit, and only the approved sheets come out as the workflow's output, with your edits applied.

Once a session is approved or rejected, it stays on record as read-only. The audit trail doesn't disappear after someone acts on it.

Freight and logistics operations

Carriers and freight forwarders deal with supplier-exported spreadsheets every week: rate sheets, load manifests, packing lists, each formatted differently. One file uses "Qty Shipped," another uses "Units." One has a blank row above the header, another has the carrier name as the first row.
