Google Search Console

Pull Search Console data and manage sitemaps from your workflow

Search Console rounds out Docxster's Google integrations. It is built for teams that want a workflow to act on SEO data, not document data. Your workflow can check a page's performance and manage sitemaps, and nobody has to open Search Console directly.

How it works

Your workflow can pull search analytics for a site. That covers the performance data your marketing team would otherwise check by hand inside Search Console.

On the sitemap side, your workflow can list existing sitemaps or submit a new one. This helps right after a site update, when a fresh sitemap needs to go out now instead of whenever someone remembers.

You can also manage which sites are verified. Your workflow handles site verification as part of a larger onboarding process, so it stops being a separate manual step.

Where this is useful

Marketing and web operations

Your workflow checks Search Console to see how a page is performing. It can also submit a new sitemap after a site update. SEO upkeep becomes part of the same process that handles the update itself.
